| Returns |
A return authorization number
must be obtained before
returning any item. Any item returned
without a return authorization number
displayed on the outside of the package will
be refused by our receiving department.
All returned goods will be subject to a
20% restocking fee unless the
return was due to an error on our part.
Shipping, handling & insurance charges are
not refundable unless the reason for the
return was due to an error on our part.
All returned merchandise must be in new
condition with original packaging, properly
packed, insured for full value and shipped
prepaid.

| Items Lost or Damaged
in Shipping |
All items that are lost or
damaged in shipping must be reported
immediately to the carrier. We
are not responsible for lost or damaged
items. Our responsibility ceases when
we deliver the items to the carrier.
However, we will work with you and the
carrier to replace the item once your claim
has been settled with the carrier.

| Defective Merchandise |
Castle Rock Tactical is not a warranty
service facility for any manufacturers.
Returns of defective merchandise must be
made directly to the manufacturer for
replacement or repair. We will
not offer exchanges, refunds or credits on
returns of defective merchandise.

| Typographical Errors |
In the event a product is
listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error, we reserve the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for
product listed at the incorrect price even
if your credit card has been charged.
If your account has already been charged for
the purchase and your order is canceled, we
will immediately issue a credit to your
credit card in the amount of the
incorrect price.

| Taxes |
Colorado state sales tax
(7.5%) will be collected for all orders that
are shipped to Colorado addresses. For
orders shipped to other states, the
purchaser is solely responsible for paying
any sales tax or other taxes that might be
due.
